Open Question: How come the one thing we never see mentioned is showing compassion for Americans who are having their lives?

Saturday, August 16th, 2008

How can this is never mentioned “showing compassion for Americans who are having their lives, culture and hometowns destroyed by unchecked illegal immigration”.?America is suppose to be a nation of of laws our laws are enforced and people are expected to comply with the laws of America. I ask how can America continue to be a stable nation of laws when our laws towards immigration are being called unjust or unfair or unacceptable. Currently we have millions of people in America who we do not know anything about.Millions of people are using fake or stolen documents ,how many I ask is this keeping America as a country of laws and how is it keeping America safe when many of those folks do not have any documents to trace them back to wherever they came from ? Another question I ask, how can we run background checks on anybody with the enormous of amount of document fraud in use anybody can say they are anybody and they can be from any where and could would we ending having to use the honor system? Another question I would like ask in any immigration raid , why do Churches,La Raza, supporters for illegals always overlook what has been happening is that many Laws are being broken that the government can’t ignore. 1) Identity Theft, 2) Social Security card fraud, 3) Illegal Immigration…
One thing that I never seem to see mentioned is “showing compassion for Americans who are having their lives, culture and hometowns destroyed by unchecked illegal immigration”.

There are all of these “compassion” arguments for illegals with calls to help them move into US towns and make them 3rd world enclaves, but why is nothing is ever said of the American citizens who suffer ?
Two things: First this is the price of freedom. Sorry, but it’s true. We either allow the govt. to get really involved with our lives–Where have you been at ? Current the gov can tap your e-mail-home phone-read your bank accounts, get a list of all calls you make-you already gave up freedoms but are not aware of it..

i replied, i wish i could post that but i can’t find it in my sent box.

which brings me to my question (so this doesn’t get closed), is this not like identity theft? a step below a criminal offense?

Open Question: Protecting yourself against identity theft?

Saturday, August 16th, 2008

Has anyone ever had problems with identity theft? I was just curious what information a person needs in order to do this. Do they actually need your social security number - or can they get away with it by just having your credit card or bank account information?
What is the best way to protect yourself from identity theft? Of course I’ve seen the commercials about freecreditreport.com, but has anyone actually used this service? Does anyone have any recommendations? My friend recently had a scare with identity theft and I want to make sure that I protect myself.
Thanks so much for any help and information.
What are the 3 major credit reporting agencies?
What exactly is a credit freeze?
Sorry - obviously I am a little new at this.

Open Question: Identity theft, what else can I do?

Saturday, August 16th, 2008

I found out that someone was “pretending” to be me when I received a letter in the mail saying that I enrolled in a program through a well known home repair company. I won’t mention the real name of the store because I don’t feel comfortable, I already feel robbed from this whole thing. I called the number on the letter that I received and told them that I did not enroll in this and I asked them if this person took a store credit card out. The customer service agent told me that there was a credit card taken out in the store in my name, and they spent about $900. I talked to TransUnion, and an identity solutions team. I also tried to do a little investigating myself. I live in PA and the thief lives all the way in Arizona. I called the home store all the way in Arizona and a female employee said that there are two people by the same name as me in their computer and one is located in the same area in which the person applied for the store credit card. She almost gave me the address, but didn’t. I was so anxious to give it to the cops, but I have to wait until the paperwork goes through before they even attempt to investigate. This seems to be taking forever and I want the person caught as soon as possible! Does anyone have any ways I could find out who this person is so I can give it to the police?
