Open Question: a cash loan?
so my friend took out a cash advance for me cuz i had no bank account. well, i ended up losin my job and wasnt able to pay it back. well my friend tried to take it to the police for identity theft but couldnt cuz he knew about it. well i got another job, and have tried to email him, cuz i dont got his new number for his new place. but anyways ive been emailing him for almost over two weeks, he’s read them, but i get no response. i had the money but he didnt respond so i went ahead and paid my own bills. well i got a call from him and said i owed him 630 dollars in three days. well on the third day, i got paid so i could pay him. he said he would call me around seven or eight. well i had to work third shift and he didnt call me until ten o clock to come pick up the money. i was a work, and i wont be able to give it to him til tomorrow. will the loan place be lenient? or will they take it to collections even tho i would have the money a day late? my friend is not cooperative w/ this loan
