I have received biz opps and lottos,sweeps,drawings plus over onehundred million dollars in fake checks, money orders and scams in the last three years. I have a table full of real checks drawn by scammers on business accounts and personal accounts?? These have ruined my bank accounts due to returned items and my credit reports due to identity theft,
so my friend took out a cash advance for me cuz i had no bank account. well, i ended up losin my job and wasnt able to pay it back. well my friend tried to take it to the police for identity theft but couldnt cuz he knew about it. well i got another job, and have tried to email him, cuz i dont got his new number for his new place. but anyways ive been emailing him for almost over two weeks, he’s read them, but i get no response. i had the money but he didnt respond so i went ahead and paid my own bills. well i got a call from him and said i owed him 630 dollars in three days. well on the third day, i got paid so i could pay him. he said he would call me around seven or eight. well i had to work third shift and he didnt call me until ten o clock to come pick up the money. i was a work, and i wont be able to give it to him til tomorrow. will the loan place be lenient? or will they take it to collections even tho i would have the money a day late? my friend is not cooperative w/ this loan

In Dec. I was the victim of “identity theft” so to speak. The ‘hackers’ (whom I believe are former co-workers with a vendetta) managed to get into my personal E-Mail account. From there they sent a very embarressing E-Mail to all of my contacts! Also, they went to my MySpace & Facebook and changed things to embarress me. In addition, that E-Mail account was linked to all of my credit cards, bank accounts, 401K and other personal information.
I contact Microsoft (my E-Mail provider) and asked them for a record of IP Addresses, password changes, etc. for my account so I could trace the offenders. However I was told that Microsoft would only release that information to law enforcement via a court order or subpena.
I went to the local law enforcement and told them all of this and they said they couldn’t do anything because there was no evidence of a crime!
What can I do?! Please help! Thank you very much!
Since this I have changed everything so I am well protected now.
Also it should be known that I wasn’t able to see directly any changes to bank/money accounts however I wouldn’t be able to fully know until I can view the records from Microsoft.
i lost my wallet yesterday and i had my drivers license, school id, social security number card thing (a copy) giftcards .. some money, etc. but should i report this lost? im mainly concerned because my id and my ss# was in there.. and about the whole identity theft thing. but im only 16 so its not like the person who found it can apply for a credit card of some sort .. so should i report this to the police just for record?

I just found out on the IRS site that I dont qualify because somebody claimed me as a dependent which is not true. I am single no children No Xs and my mothe stopped claiming me 27 years ago. Should I be looking in to Identity theft?
