Can anyone please explain how anyone could be made out to be a law-abiding citizen when charged with two counts of identity theft, four counts of forgery and a single count of tampering with public records and in the country illegally?

I would like to know how you can forward this to someone who can stop it from happening. Or someone who can do something about someone performing this form of fraud and identity theft.

SAY JILL WAS PUT IN CHARGE OF HER ELDERY WIDOWED MOTHERS FINANCES. MOM HAS ALZEIHMERS. JILL IS AN AUTHORIZED SIGNER ON HER MOTHERS ACCT AND JILL IS SUPPOSED TO SEE TO IT THAT MOMS BILLS ARE PAID INCLUDING LIFE INSURANCE AND BURIAL PLOT, RENT, UTILITIES AND PRESCRIPTION COSTS MONTHLY AND THE MONEY THAT IS LEFT OVER IS TO BE LEFT IN THE ACCT FOR MOM.MOM GETS ENOUGH MONEY TO HANDLE THESE EXPENSES FROM SOCIAL SECURITY AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM PAYING THESE BILLS BEFORE HER DIAGNOSIS.ITS BEEN A YR SINCE JILL TOOK CONTROL AND MOMS OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS HAVE FOUND THAT MOM IS $1500 IN DEBT WITH UTILITY COMPANIES, MOM HAS BEEN EVICTED BECAUSE RENT WAS NOT PAID AND HER LIFE INSURANCE IS ABOUT TO LAPSE AND HER BURIAL PLOT IS ABOUT TO BE LOST BECAUSE OF NON PAYMENT.THE ONLY EXPENSES THAT WERE PAID WERE MOMS $25MONTHLY PRESCRIPTION COSTS AND AN OCCASIONAL L. INSURANCE PAYMENT.MOMS FAMILY HAS BANK STATEMENTS WITH CHARGES THAT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH MOM, THESE CHARGES WERE MADE BY JILL AND MOM HAS NEVER RECIEVED COMPANSATION.ALSO EVERY MONTH MOM WOULD HAVE OVERDRAFT FEES ON HER ACCT FOR CHARGES MADE BY JILL THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MOM.ISNT THIS A FORM OF IDENTITY THEFT?
SORRY IT WAS SO LONG, I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO FOR MY GRANNY. MY AUNT HAS TAKEN EVERYTHING FROM HER, SHE DOESNT EVEN HAVE CLOTHES NOW.
THE ACCT HAS BEEN CLOSED AND JILL HAS NO ACCESS NOW. WHEN MY GRANDMA PUT JILL ON THE ACCT SHE DIDNT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS SIGNING OVER.

claims that her Yahoo account was stollen last week. Someone used it to contack me asking for money. I sent money to her ( or I thought it was her) now she says that it was a theft, and I should send you the e-mails that this person sent to me. I know I will never see the money, what I want to know is, did her account or did she make a report that her her account had been or someone stole her identity? And where I need to send these e-mails to.

I continue to recieve two different equifax reports despite my supporting documents stating who I am. On one of the reports I have a full capture of the credit accounts,records and addresses. On the other Credit file I only have one account and some inquiries since 2006. I have written equifax and sent utilitiy bills ,phone bills and social security card copies to prove who I am. The short credit file (report) that they send me is somewhat positive. I began to work on my credit some months ago with the hopes of straighting things out. I sent a dispute letter to get all inaccurate addresses deleted and
personal info corrected. I received a corrected credit file from them in less than 30 days. I recieved another credit report from them (short File) 5/2/08 which I did not request. Im wondering is some type of Identity theft is taken place?

Any help or advice is Appreciated.

A woman who purchased a Texas woman’s name and social security number to get a job in Alamance County was charged with identity theft.

Alamance County Sheriff’s Department received a call from Veronica Arias of Combes, Texas last week. Arias reported to authorities that someone was using her name and social security number, according to a sheriff’s department news release.

“Mrs. Arias has been contacted by the Internal Revenue Service in reference to unreported earnings in Alamance County,” the release states. “The Social Security Administration advised her that the individual was using her social security number for employment with Honda Power Equipment in Swepsonville.”

Honda officials verified that they had an employee using that name and social security number. After an investigation, the sheriff’s department determined that Maria Sanchez, 30, of Ivey Road, Graham was allegedly using Arias’ information.

“Mrs. Sanchez, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, advised that she purchased the name and social security number but refused to discuss how the information was obtained,” the release states.

Sanchez was charged with identity theft and was placed in Alamance County jail under $10,000 bond.

I know of someone who has been arrested several times after committing felony offenses under someone elses name and never gets prosecuted for this (even when the state knows who he really is). Now my friend has a criminal record in three states, plus a record with the FBI.

Capital One sent me a letter saying that they are closing a credit card account that I never had. Is this a sign of Identity Theft?

if i catch the person who stole my identity and kill them is it considered suicide?
